Terms of use
1. Who these terms are with
freedomgaming.co is operated by FREEDOM LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under company number OC407608, registered office 101 King's Cross Road, London WC1X 9LP, United Kingdom. By using this site you accept these terms.
2. What this site is
This is an informational website about our company, our games and our analytics platform. Nothing here is an offer, a commitment to supply, or professional advice. Product descriptions, roadmaps and feature lists may change without notice.
3. Store data on this site
Ratings, install counts, versions and release dates shown here are transcribed from the App Store and Google Play on the date noted alongside them. Storefronts differ by region and change continuously — the store listing itself is always authoritative.
4. Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, logos, game names, artwork and screenshots are owned by FREEDOM LLP or licensed to us. Except as set out in clause 5, you may not copy, republish or create derivative works from them without written permission.
5. Press and media use
Journalists, reviewers, creators and storefronts may reproduce the assets and copy on our press page for the purpose of reporting on, reviewing or covering our games and company, provided that:
- the logo and artwork are not recoloured, distorted or otherwise altered;
- nothing implies that we endorse a product, service or opinion;
- the assets are not used as part of your own branding or merchandise.
For any other use, ask us at [email protected]. We usually say yes.
6. Third-party trademarks
Apple, App Store, iOS and iPadOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. Unity is a trademark of Unity Technologies. Their use here is descriptive and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
7. Links out
We link to external services — storefronts, Companies House, LinkedIn, appanalytics.ai. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site, and for any reliance placed on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms. The version published here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies.
