Magnitudle
Guess how big things really are, then see the answer to scale
About the game
Magnitudle asks one question about size, in five different ways. Resize a silhouette until it is as big as it really is next to a reference, rank three or four things from biggest to smallest, tap the one that is really the biggest, type your best guess for a number, or work out how many of one thing lined up end to end match another. Then you see the real answer, drawn to scale.
Every day at 00:00 UTC a new daily challenge starts: five rounds, one of each kind, the same for every player, with three lives. Beyond it, levels are grouped by topic, from cells to prehistoric giants and helicopters. Multiplayer is live: 1v1 duels, 2v2 and 3v3 teams, a four-player free-for-all, bots at four levels and private rooms joined with a six-character code. Rated matches move a skill rating from Bronze up to Master.
The sizes behind the game are also published, drawn to scale, on magnitudle.fit, with articles on how to get better at estimating them. Magnitudle is free and supported by ads, with no in-app purchases, and it comes in 16 languages.
