Privacy policy
Who we are
FREEDOM LLP (“Freedom”, “we”) is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under company number OC407608, with its registered office at 101 King's Cross Road, London WC1X 9LP, United Kingdom. We are the controller for personal data processed through freedomgaming.co.
What this site collects
This website has no accounts, no comment system and no server-side form handling. The contact form composes a message in your own email client — nothing you type into it is transmitted to or stored by this site.
We may process the following:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records the usual request metadata — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — to serve pages and to detect abuse. These are retained for a short operational period and are not used to build a profile of you.
- Analytics. If analytics are enabled on this site, they are loaded through Google Tag Manager and configured to measure aggregate traffic. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising profiles.
- Email you send us. If you write to [email protected], we hold your message and address for as long as we need to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies for personalisation or advertising. Where analytics are active, the analytics provider may set its own measurement cookies; you can block these in your browser without affecting how the site works.
Our games
Each title is a separate product with its own data practices — a real-time multiplayer game necessarily handles more than an offline puzzle does. The applicable policy for each game is linked from its store listing and from the game itself. This website’s policy does not govern them.
appanalytics.ai
appanalytics.ai is a separate product on its own domain, with its own privacy policy and terms. Data processed through that platform is governed by those documents and by the agreement with the customer whose product the data comes from.
Legal basis and your rights
We process the data above under our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website and in responding to enquiries. Under the UK GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Third parties
Pages on this site link out to the App Store, Google Play, Companies House, LinkedIn and appanalytics.ai. Once you follow such a link you are on that operator’s service and subject to their privacy policy, not ours.
Changes
We update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version; material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
